AQCS was founded with "Quality" in mind. Our organization is the brainchild of two women who live within, love always, and support the communities for which they serve. These women have a passion for serving people and have given over 25 years of service to the housing, homeless, behavioral health, and substance abuse communities. Throughout their years of service, they realized the void of quality services could be filled....so they took the challenge and opportunity to change lives. Here they stand today!
